•    Maximum debt-to-income ratio of 45%.

Clean Air Filter Program

 When was the last time you replaced the air filters in your home? Are you content with changing your heating and air conditioning air filters when you think about it?  What if there was a way to remember to change your air filters without driving to the big box store on a Saturday morning?                                                                             

There is and it’s as easy as 1-2-3! And it was cheaper!

1. You simply tell us the size filter that your home uses and the air quality level you desire for your family.

2. Brower Mechanical will have delivered to your door a year’s supply of air filters to your front door.

3. We give you regular reminders when it is time to change your filters via phone or e-mail.  Your choice.  If you have a tune-up we will change them for you.
We have three filter programs to choose from:

Bronze: 

We have four filters delivered to your home that are good quality that will trap many small particles from the air in your home. The cost of the
1” filter is only $38.00 per year*.

Silver: 

We have four filters delivered to your home that are that will trap most small particles from the air in your home.  This better filter costs only $58.00 per year* for 1” filters.

Gold: 

This is the best value and the best filter we offer. If your filter rack will accept this 2” filter we will have two of these per year delivered to your home. The reason we can change this filter every six months is because the quality and capacity  is so high.  The cost of the 2” filter is only $79.00 per year*. RSA customers can have them changed at no charge at the time of service.
